Pamela Wells Ashmore, 57, passed away on October 5, 2022. She was born in Valdosta, GA on August 14, 1965, to Carey and Marie Courson Wells. Pamela was a loving wife, a wonderful person with a sweet soul. She was generous, always ready to lend a helping hand. She would give the shirt off her back to anyone that needed it. She was a professional entertainer and musician. She was a shining star, talented, and would light up any room she was in. Pamela loved people but also loved animals, especially her fur babies; BamBam, Chesster, and Chloe. She will be missed greatly.

She is survived by husband, Jeffrey Ashmore of Columbus, GA; parents, Carey & Marie Wells of Valdosta, GA; step sons, Kyle Ashmore, Matt Ashmore, and Tim Ashmore all of Columbus, GA; siblings, Sheree Wells Finkes and husband Kerry of Destin Beach, FL, Jill Howell of Valdosta, GA; nieces and nephews, Blake (Susan) Howell of Valdosta, GA, Brittany Howell Smith (Rafael Smith) of Valdosta, GA, Casey James Hardy and husband Randy of Groveland, FL, Kelly James of Destin, FL; great-nephews, Robert, Zack, Preston, Grant, Ian, and Owen; great-nieces, Abigail, Anne Elise, Bella, Brook, Aubrionna; as well as many beloved aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Also, the family would like to mention their appreciation for her former brother-in-law, Todd James, and his late brother, Tommy James, along with many other friends.

She is preceded in death by her brother-in-law, Kenny Howell, and her stepson J.J. Ashmore.

Funeral Services for Mrs. Ashmore are scheduled for Wednesday, October 12, 2022, at 2:00 P.M. at McLane Riverview Memorial Gardens Pavilion with Tyler Carter officiating. Interment will be at McLane Riverview Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Tuesday, October 11, 2022 from 6 to 8 pm at Carson McLane Funeral Home.
