Hezekiah Pat Duncan, Jr., was born to the late Hezekiah Pat Duncan, Sr. and the late Ellen Elizabeth Ann Johnson Duncan, May 15, 1942, Valdosta, GA. A painter by trade, he was a hard working man who strived to provide for his family the best he knew how.

Hezekiah was a very loving and passionate man who would give the shirt off his back to someone in need. He had a caring heart and always showed himself friendly.

Standing firmly in what he believed in, “PD”, as he referred to himself, had the courage to never back down from a decision he had made. To show his determination, he was quick to say, “Nobody is going to tell me, cause I’m “PD”.”

On Tuesday, July 30, Hezekiah Pat Duncan, Jr., was granted eternal rest. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by one sister: Sandra Townsend and one brother: Andre Townsend.
