MOULTRIE — On Monday around 2:00 p.m. a man ran into the woods after he was shot at. Police searched for the missing man, Tommy Strickland because they thought he had been shot and wounded.

Strickland was involved in a heated argument with a family member when he was believed to be shot. Police reported that his only injuries were some scratches on his body.

Police are investigating at this time and no charges have been filed.
