ATLANTIC OCEAN— As of February 26, Samantha Campbell, a Valdosta native, is now serving as an Aviation Structural Mechanic on the USS Dwight D. Eisenhower. As part of their Carrier Stirke Group, she will be responsible for inspection of C-2A Greyhounds.

ATLANTIC OCEAN (Feb. 26 2020) Aviation Structural Mechanic (Equipment) 1st Class Samantha Campbell, from Valdosta, Georgia, inspects console lights on a C-2A Greyhound, assigned to the “Rawhides” of Fleet Logistics Support Squadron (VRC) 40, aboard the aircraft carrier USS Dwight D. Eisenhower (CVN 69). Ike is conducting operations in the Atlantic Ocean as part of the USS Dwight D. Eisenhower Carrier Strike Group.
