VALDOSTA – A country superstar and a pop sensation are two of 15 concerts Wild Adventures Theme Park will host in 2016. The park announced today that Martina McBride and Andy Grammer will each take the stage for the first time at Wild Adventures next year. The complete concert lineup will be released in February and all concerts are included with a 2016 Season Pass, available through October 31 at the lowest price of the season.

Grammy-nominated country superstar Martina McBride grew up in rural Kansas, singing with her daddy’s band. She first made the country charts in 1992 and has collected twenty top-10 hits and six No. 1 songs. She was declared the most played female vocalist on country radio for 11 years and has been inducted into the Grand Ole Opry.

Her hit records have become country classics and include “Wild Angels” and “Safe in the Arms of Love.” Many of her songs also address social issues such as domestic violence in “Independence Day,” female empowerment in “This One’s for the Girls,” child abuse in “Concrete Angel,” alcoholism in “Cheap Whiskey,” and cancer in “I’m Gonna Love You through It.”

Pop artist Andy Grammer started out as a Santa Monica street performer and in just a short time has grown into a multi-platinum selling recording artist. He’s currently delivering strong performances on this season of ABC’s Dancing with the Stars.

Two singles from his 2011 premier album climbed to the Top 10 of Adult Pop Radio, “Keep Your Head Up” and “Fine By Me.” His second album, ‘Magazines or Novels,’ features the irresistible hit “Honey, I’m Good.” That song has climbed to the #1 spot on adult pop radio charts and sold more than three million copies.

All 15 concerts are included with a 2016 Season Pass. The lowest price on 2016 Season Passes runs through October 31 with savings up to $35 off the regular price and a free upgrade to Gold Pass benefits including free parking. 2016 passes can be used to enjoy the remainder of the 2015 season including the last days of the park’s Halloween events Terror in the Wild and Kid-O-Ween this weekend.
