VALDOSTA — Valdosta native and University of Georgia wide receiver, Malcolm Mitchell, was one of 22 players from across the country named to the Allstate AFCA Good Works Team last month for his dedication to children’s literacy, off the field.

Now, ESPN is allowing the public to vote for the Allstate AFCA Good Works Team® Captain by visiting ESPN.com/Allstate and voting once a day until the deadline on November 25.

Currently, Malcolm is at No. 2 and votes from his community could place him in the No. 1 position. The winning Team Captain and his fellow award recipients will be invited to New Orleans to participate in a community project before the 2016 Allstate® Sugar Bowl®.
