Valdosta Release:
Due to unforeseen circumstances, Tift County has cancelled tonight’s game.
Anyone who purchased tickets for the game against the Tift County Blue Devils can receive a refund. Please bring your tickets to the Bazemore-Hyder ticket booth Monday, September 14 through Wednesday, September 16, from 9 to 11 am or 1 to 3 pm for your refund. No refunds will be given to anyone without their tickets or after September 16.
Tifton:
According to a post on the Tift County Schools Facebook page, tonight’s (9/11/20) football game between the Tift Co. Blue Devils and the Valdosta Wildcats has been cancelled by the Department of Public Health due to COVID-19 cases on Tifton’s team.
The post also notes that Tifton’s Senior Night will be rescheduled at a later date.
