ORLANDO, FL – Florida Governor Ron DeSantis held a press conference today at the Universal Studios CityWalk, and outlined Florida’s ‘Phase Two’ plan for reopening the states economy.

Within the plan that is steadily easing COVID-19 restrictions, DeSantis said entertainment businesses, bars and movie theaters in most areas of Florida can reopen starting this Friday.

Three Florida counties with the state’s highest rates of COVID-19, Broward, Miami-Dade and Palm Beach, will remain under restrictions for now.
