VALDOSTA – Valdosta City Schools announces that Georgia Reads Day activities has been rescheduled due to Hurricane Helene.

Due to Hurricane Helene, Valdosta City Schools were unable to celebrate Georgia Reads Day as planned. Our staff have worked diligently to reschedule some of the activities on November 12, 2024. They have even added new features such as the W.O.W Bus visiting two of our schools that day. All students will enjoy the excitement of reading throughout the day in various ways, so be sure not to miss it!
