VALDOSTA – The Valdosta Fire Department recently responded to a structure fire on Camden Circle that is currently under investigation

On Monday, January 29, 2024, at 09:03 P.M. the Valdosta Fire Department responded to the report of a structure fire at 2300 Camden Circle. The first fire unit arrived within 4 minutes to find heavy smoke and flames venting from a bedroom window. Fire department personnel brought the fire under control within minutes and confirmed that all occupants had safely escaped. Red Cross assisted with three occupants that were displaced. One occupant was transported by SGMC Health EMS for possible smoke inhalation.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.

The Valdosta Police Department and South Georgia Health EMS assisted on scene.
