VALDOST, Ga.— Valdosta State University selected freshman Alexandria Smith and senior Imoras Agee as the Steel’s Jewelry Blazer Athletes of the Week. In one of the Lady Blazer’s two victories against Auburn Montgomery, Smith produced her first double-double. Also, she set a career high of 18 points and 16 rebounds. The men’s basketball team also gained two victories versus AUM. Agee went 45% from the field and racked up a total of 19 points in their 89-76 win on Saturday. We congratulate both of these skilled athletes.
