After a season opening 35-21 victory over Archer, our Vikings return home this Friday, September 11 for their 2020 football season home opener. They will host the Griffin High Bears on Joe Wilson Field at Martin Stadium. Kickoff is set for 8:00 pm.
This will be military appreciation night and active duty and retired military personnel will be admitted free along with a guest and any school age students. Military personnel simply need to show their ID at the pass gate on the visitor side of the field to gain admission.
Both season and single game tickets are on sale for this game and may be purchased at the ticket office. Reserved seat season packages are available for $50 each and individual game tickets are $10 each. Tickets are available on both the home and visitor sides of the field. All fans, except babies in arms, are required to purchase a ticket.
Tickets at the gate on game day will be available on the visitor side only. Stadium gates open at 6:30 pm.
Lowndes High School student season passes are on sale at Lowndes High School.
The ticket office will be open the remainder of this week as follows.
Thursday – 12:30 pm – 4:30 pm
Friday – 9:00 am – 1:00 pm
The ticket office is located in the Lowndes Board of Education building at 1592 Norman Drive across from Goo Goo Car Wash
The Viking Touchdown Club meets on Monday nights during the season following each game. This year the Touchdown Club is once again partnering with The Voice of The Vikings and Black Crow Media to help bring you the Viking Coaches Show in conjunction with the TD Club meeting.
This year the Coaches Show will broadcast from the Smok’n Pig BBQ Restaurant located at 4228 North Valdosta Road. The Touchdown Club meeting will begin in the back room at 6:00 pm. Coach DuBose will address the club members at 6:45 pm and the Coaches Show begins at 7:30 pm.
