VALDOSTA, GA – In a further safety measure during the COVID-19 pandemic, Moody Air Force Base is limiting access to the base on Tuesday and Thursday of each week, in conjunction with executive orders from state and local government.

The limited access is for only Active Duty, Reserve and National Guard that work at Moody AFB, their dependents, and DoD civilians and contractors deemed with essential missions as determined by their leadership.

Retirees and other individuals that normally have access to the base will not be permitted for any reason on Tuesday and Thursday of each week. This includes access to military personnel services, the base exchange and the commissary.
