During the investigation, investigators conducted surveillance of Ware at a local motel, where they identified two females in a vehicle speaking to Ware. Ware was observed directing a victim to a motel room for a sexual act. Interviews with the victims revealed that Ware was found to have transported two females across state lines, to have them engage in commercial sexual acts.
