Lowndes County Schools:

Students at Lake Park Elementary School were introduced to the new Google Expedition virtual reality goggles.  With the use of the Google Expedition goggles, students were able to explore places around the world that they may never have the opportunity to visit in real life.  Students visited places from outer space to inside a volcano to the Grand Canyon all the way to the microscopic inside of a human cell.  Working with Google Expedition is a fabulous way to teach students about the world around us and provide meaningful integration of our science and social studies standards.  The kids were amazed!
