ALBANY — Albany police are investigating a death related to a Sunday night shooting.

WALB is reporting that the victim is James Napoleon Hawkins, 44 of Albany.

The report states Albany Police as stating the incident happened in the 400 block of West Highland Avenue around 10:15 pm Sunday night.

APD Robbery/Homicide detectives told WALB the victim was shot twice.

There has been no information released on any suspects yet.
