EDISON — A charter academy teacher was released on bond from jail after being arrested on Tuesday for indecent contact with students.
Clayton Downing, former Pataula Charter Academy teacher was arrested and charged with one count of enticing a child for indecent purposes and two counts of obscene telephone contact.
The Edison Police department reported that multiple victims are involved in this case. The police and the Georgia Bureau of Investigation are investigating the case at this time.
Downing was fired on May 2nd from the school.
