ALBANY — One man is behind bars after robbing Westside Grocery on West Gordon Avenue. The incident occurred around 11:00 p.m. on Tuesday.

Police reported that one of the men pepper sprayed the clerk. The man that fled the scene was wearing a gray shirt,  gray sweat pants and is around 6’2″ tall.

The robbers were still inside of the store when officials arrived at the scene. One suspect was taken into custody and police are searching for the other one at this time.

It is unknown whether anything was stolen from the store and if there are any injuries.
