SUMTER CO. — A tornado touched down in Sumter County on Sunday.

The tornado touched down near Hooks Mill Road.

Weather officials confirmed that the tornado was an EF-1 class tornado and that it produced up to 105 mph winds.

The tornado damaged four grain silos when it touched down near Leslie.
