ALBANY — Wanted man, 29-year-old Marquel Rashard Culpepper was found and arrested in New York.

Culpepper was wanted for the murder of 38-year-old Kendrick Miller. On April 16, Culpepper shot Miller at an America’s Best Value Inn in Albany.

Culpepper was charged with felony murder and aggravated assault. He will be brought back to Georgia to face these charges.
