ALBANY — Investigators reported that two Albany teenagers stole a television to pay for tattoos.

The man who gave the underage teenagers tattoos, 19-year-old Travis Flowers was charged with unlawful tattooing a person under age 18.

Flowers tattooed the teens in the kitchen of a home on the 200 block of Frost Street.

On Wednesday, Flowers was released from jail. One of the teens is being held in a youth detention facility in Thomasville.

The television was found inside of Flowers’ home.
