ALBANY — A man in Albany was arrested after shopping at Walmart in his underwear.

On Sunday, Feb. 22, around 10:00 p.m., 61-year-old David Stewart was arrested and charged with Public Indecency.

The police reported that Stewart was wearing a pair of boxers and a t-shirt at the time of his arrest. Stewart was arrested at the Walmart on Cordele Road.

Police also reported that he was having issues speaking correctly and could not give them a reason for his attire. Stewart was released today, Feb. 23 on a $50 bond.
