
VALDOSTA – With strong job and personal-income growth as well as rising home values indicating a positive economic outlook for Georgia, the personal-finance website WalletHub took an in-depth look at 2016’s Best Places to Raise a Family in Georgia and ranked Valdosta as the 22nd Worst Place to Raise a Family in the state.
In order to help families find the best Georgia cities for putting down roots, WalletHub’s analysts compared 100 cities in the state across 21 key metrics. They range from “number of attractions” to “median family income” to “school-system quality.”
