On Wednesday, Governor Brian Kemp said he is preparing to issue a statewide shelter-in-place order to help stop the spread of COVID-19. Details of the order are expected Thursday with the rules to take effect on Friday. Additionally, Kemp will order that K-12 schools be cancelled through the rest of the academic year.
