CUTHBERT — Authorities in Randolph County are in search of an inmate who escaped from the Randolph County Jail.

Reports state Johntavious Devorce, 26 of Lumpkin, escaped from the facility around 9:30 Tuesday night.

Devorce was being held on charges of terroristic threats, stalking, and criminal trespass.

He is described as black male, 5’5″ tall and weighing about 195 pounds.  He has previously served time in 2011 on burglary charges.

His means of escape have not been determined.
