VALDOSTA, GA – South Georgia Medical Center and its campuses and affiliates are pleased to announce the affiliation of Paul D. Lane, Jr, MD in the specialty of Orthopedic Surgery. Dr. Lane received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Valdosta State University, and his Doctor of Medicine from the Medical College of Georgia where he also completed his residency in Orthopedic Surgery. He completed his Orthopaedic/Neurosurgery Spine Surgery Fellowship at Florida Orthopaedic Institute and Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa.

Dr. Lane specializes in minimally-invasive surgical techniques for the neck and back as well as comprehensive care for disorders of the cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spines. He is a member of the American College of Physicians and American Medical Association. Originally from Camilla, Georgia, Dr. Lane is excited to be back in the area and looks forward to serving the South Georgia/North Florida region. Dr. Lane joins Valdosta Orthopedic Associates and has privileges to perform surgeries at South Georgia Medical Center and its Smith Northview Campus.
