VALDOSTA, GA – All votes are in the 2013 Election for Valdosta City Council, and the final results show Sandra J. Tooley is the new Valdosta City Concilwoman for District 2.
Tooley received a total of 97 votes and Calvin Graham Senior received 78. They both faced off in November for the seat, but the election was too close to declare a winner.
It was confirmed on Friday that Tooley was the new City Council member.
