THURSDAY:  Michael Moore, the U.S. attorney for Georgia’s Middle District, announced today that there will be a federal formal review into the case of Kendrick Johnson who was found dead inside the Lowndes High School Gymnasium nearly 10 months ago.

Moore said, “I will follow the facts wherever they lead. My objective is to discover the truth,” but also cautioned that federal jurisdiction is limited.
