A mother and father from Quitman are behind bars, accused of abusing their three sons- all of whom are under the age of 10. Rafael Lopez-Inz and Alfa Chavez-Romero were arrested Wednesday after getting reports from teachers at Quitman Elementary that the boys had multiple bruises and had claimed that had been beaten.

Both parents are charged with multiple counts of Child Cruelty, and police in Quitman say more charges are pending. All three boys are currently in the custody of the state.
