A 33-year-old guy named Travis Campbell from New Orleans stole a STEAMROLLER from a construction site where he used to work last week.
The cops started chasing him, so Travis gunned the steamroller up to its top speed . . . eight miles-per-hour.
Shockingly, the cops were able to catch up with him and he was arrested for theft.
