A 23-year-old guy from Tyaskin, Maryland named Jesse William Robert Jenkins was hanging out with friends at their house last week when he got into an argument with one of them.

It got physical, and the guys started fighting with each other.

And they might’ve gotten out of that fight with just a few little minor scrapes, but they wound up brawling on the ground . . . and they rolled over some LEGOS.

According to the police report, that roll through the Legos caused, quote, “further injuries” for Jesse and the guy he was fighting.

It seems like those injuries weren’t bad enough to send the guys to the hospital, but they were bad enough that the cops had to formally address them.

Jesse was arrested for second-degree assault.
