Valdosta Fire Department Responds to Structure Fire on West Adair Street 

On Thursday, May 7, 2020, the Valdosta Fire Department responded to the report of a structure fire at 828 W. Adair St.  The call came in from dispatch at approximately 11:26 P.M. The first fire unit arrived within five minutes to find a vacant house fully engulfed in flames. Fire crews were able to bring the fire under control before it spread to neighboring homes.

Valdosta  Police Department and South Georgia Medical Center EMS assisted with on scene operations. The cause of the fire is under investigation. A total of 16 VFD personnel responded to the scene. No injuries were reported.
