ALBANY — Separate incidents resulting in shooting-related injuries early Thursday in Albany.

According to WALB, the two incidents happened nearly an hour apart.

Around 1 o’clock,  an Albany man was shot in both legs in the 1100 block of University Street.

Later, just after 2 o’clock, police were called to the 400 block of Wadkins Avenue where a man was reported to have been shot in the chest.

Both victims were taken to Phoebe Putney Hospital.  The report provided no word on their conditions.

The shootings come a day after an Albany teen was shot in the leg during a drive-by on West Society Street.
