COFFEE CO. — A house, storage shed, barn and car were all destroyed by a fire on Thursday afternoon.

The fire took place at a home on Highway 268. The family inside the home made it to safety.

Firefighters believe the fire began inside of the shed and spread rapidly to the home and surrounding woods.

The Georgia Forestry Commission was called to the scene to contain the fire in the woods.
