ORLANDO, Fl. — The Willow Key Apartment complex saw its first newborn abandoned baby in 2016, its second in 2017, and it happened again last summer. According to WESH, the police department has now confirmed that all three babies share the same mother and father.

The police plan to use United Data Connect to help track down the parents of the siblings.

In the state of Florida, a baby can be dropped off until the child is 7 days old. More information on the law can found on Safe Haven.
