VSU closes for 2 weeks over coronavirus concerns

VALDOSTA, GA – Valdosta State University has announced that they will be temporarily suspending instruction for two weeks beginning March 16, while state officials continue to assess the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation.

VSU is asking that students currently on spring break not return to campus and that students on campus depart by close of business on Friday.

The university is working to make arrangements for faculty, staff, and students, and updated information will be sent via email, on their social media, and posted at: www.valdosta.edu/health-advisory
