MISSING: Savannah Officials Ask for Public’s Help

SAVANNAH, Ga. — The investigation of missing Melanie Steele heightens as the Savannah Police Department continues their search. WBTW reports on how the SPD requested the public’s assistance in the search for information on Steele’s whereabouts Saturday January 18, 2020.

Melanie Steele disappeared mid-September of 2019. When the case was initially established, WSAV reported that Steele and her husband were traveling to Savannah from Alpharetta when she went missing.

Melanie Steele weighs about 150 pounds at 5’7″ (five feet, seven inches) tall and last had curly blonde hair. If anyone has information on Steele’s location, please call the SPD’s Special Victims Unit at 912-651-6742 or CrimeStoppers at 912-234-2020.
