ALBANY – A double murder suspect turned himself in to police Tuesday and is charged with the fatal shooting of two men last week in Albany.

Trevis Lavell Price, 40, has been charged with two counts of murder by the Albany Police Department. Price turned himself in to authorities on Tuesday, according to reports.

At approximately 1:30 a.m. on October 11, L.C. Tumblin, Jr., 47, died after he was shot just before midnight on East Road. A second shooting victim, Dexter Cartez Covin, 43, died at a hospital Thursday.
