VALDOSTA, GA – All Georgia sex offenders on parole or probation will be under a dusk to dawn curfew Thursday, October 31st. Many of the registered sex offenders will be under supervision during trick-or-treating hours. Law enforcement will be checking homes of sex offenders in every county so parents will be confident their children are safe. Offenders will be prohibited from decorating for Halloween, having outside lights turned on, or answering the door to give out treats. You can view the sex offender registry at gbi.georgia.gov
