PANAMA CITY — Spring Break turned violent late Friday night as seven individuals were injured due to gun fire in Panama City.

WALB is reporting a shooting during a Spring Break party at a Panama City Beach condo.  The Bay County Sheriff’s Office is investigation the shooting, which was reported to have occurred around 12:55 am Saturday morning.

The Sheriff’s Office confirmed 7 victims were injured as a result of the shooting and were being treated at both the Bay Medical Sacred Heart and Gulf Coast Medical Centers.  One victim is in critical condition.

The shooting is reported to have occurred on Thomas Drive near Panama City Beach.  Law enforcement has arrested at least one suspect as of this report.
