ATLANTA — GNN discusses the Atlanta Public Schools cheating scandal with one of the scandal’s biggest players.

Christopher Waller is the former principal of the Parks Middle School in Atlanta.  He plead guilty to playing a role in the test cheating case and testified for the prosecution in the case.
