VALDOSTA — In only his first month as the newly elected US Senator from Georgia, David Perdue is already hard at work.

While appearing Friday on The Morning Drive with Chris Beckham, Senator Perdue discussed proposed legislation to audit the Federal Reserve, a move that is sure to earn strong support from the general population, but not Wall Street.  However, as a businessman, Perdue understands the power the Fed wields with little oversight.
