AMERICUS — Today, Jan. 20, 23-year-old, Douglas Roseth pled guilty to a charge of child pornography in Columbus Federal Court.

Roseth will receive a title of registered sex offender along with a sentence of 15 years in prison. In addition, Roseth could face a possible quarter-million dollar fine.

In a WALB report, U.S. Attorney Michael Moore said Roseth asked young males to expose themselves through social media sites by pretending to be a teenage girl.

Roseth’s sentence has yet to be determined.
