VALDOSTA – VLPRA’s Summer Day Camp is open for registration for kids from 7-12 years-old for a week long adventure.

Kids can go on a summer adventure with the Valdosta-Lowndes County Parks & Recreation Authority’s Summer Day Camp. The week-long day camp is for 7-12 year-olds and will be at the Wood Valley Community Center located at 1907 Gornto Road in Valdosta.
There’s two weeks to choose from: June 13th-17th or July 11th-15th. Campers will take field trips to farms, go to the movies, hang out at the pool, and visit the Flint RiverQuarium. The program runs from 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM Monday through Friday and is $125 per child. The fee includes breakfast, lunch, and a snack each day.
Space is very limited. Parents can sign their children up at the Authority’s website, vlpra.com.
