ALBANY — A car chase in Lee County ended in a standoff.

The chase began on Cook Road and ended on the 500 block of Philema Road at the suspects house.

The suspect fired multiple shots at civilians but did not injure anyone.

Officials reported that the suspect of the vehicle held a gun to his head after the car chase. A child was reported to be inside of the vehicle but is unharmed and safe at this time.
