VALDOSTA — Earlier today, the Lowndes County School System’s attorney acknowledged service on behalf of all civil defendants in both cases filed by the Johnson family in the Superior Court of Lowndes County, Georgia. Defensive pleadings will be filed in accordance with the Georgia Civil Practice Act.
