VALDOSTA, GA – The City of Valdosta will make road repairs to N. Forrest Street, between Inner Perimeter Road and Northside Drive, during the week of April 7.  Staff coordinated these repairs with the Valdosta City Schools Spring Break schedule to limit the amount of inconvenience to area motorists.

Traffic in that area will be reduced to one lane for the duration of the project. Motorists will be alerted of the lane closure with adequate traffic signage and will be safely directed around the construction areas.  Citizens should find alternate routes, if possible; or drive cautiously when traveling through this area.
