VALDOSTA, GA – The Valdosta Police Department issued an arrest warrant for Michael Laslie on Monday.

Laslie was the driver of the Chevrolet Silverado in the traffic accident that lead to the death of Elizabeth Lohmar. He is being charged with homicide by vehicle in the 2nd degree, which is a misdemeanor. He turned himself in at the Lowndes County Jail this morning.
