Firefighters are investigating a blaze that consumed a man’s home and barn.

Bill Bradley’s home and barn on Kay circle went up in flames around 4 p.m. Thursday afternoon. No one was home when the fire began, and it took about two hours for fire crews to put out the flames.

Neighbors said that several of Bradley’s woodworking projects were destroyed in the blaze.

Officials say it will be next week before they will report the cause of the fire.
