TIFTON — Tift County Office of Emergency Management has made the switch to a new Mass Notification System called Everbridge.

This free system works like the Code Red system, that many are signed up on now, except that it will allow you to choose what message you will receive and how you will receive them.  You can receive emergency notifications by phone, email, text, or you may download the Everbridge mobile app.  You can also choose to receive weather related and/or non-weather alerts such as, missing persons, evacuations, shelter information, and Hazardous Material/Chemical Releases.

The Code Red Service ended on August 20th, at which point the Everbridge system went live.  If you were previously a Code Red subscriber, you will need to do a one-time registration for Everbridge.  You can do this by going to THIS LINK.

Please know that the Tift County Office of Emergency Management will not share, sell, or distribute your information for any reason. For questions or for help with signing please contact Tift County EMA at 229-388-6060.
